Welcome to Modh Mahoday

The Trust of the Modh Vanik Samaj, Bhavnagar

The Modh Vanik Samaj brings together Modh Vanik families of Bhavnagar and beyond. We keep the community's family register, celebrate festivals together, and support our members through education help, medical help and other programmes.

The Trust works from the Modh Mahoday Bhavan in Bhavnagar and publishes Modh Mahoday, the Samaj's monthly magazine.

For generations the Samaj has been the spiritual, cultural, social and economic anchor of Modh Vanik families. Our community has given India figures such as Mahatma Gandhi, Shri Devkaran Nanjibhai and Shri Dhirubhai Ambani.
